Shipping Policy – Shop Red

We’re so grateful you’re shopping with Shop Red! Every order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as possible. Please read below for all shipping details before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new drops or high-volume periods, please allow a little extra time for us to get everything out.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.


Shipping Details

We ship via USPS and UPS, and shipping options are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please allow up to 1–3 business days for tracking updates to begin once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Once It Leaves Us 🤍

After your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is officially out of our hands. While we wish we could control every delivery, Shop Red is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Items marked as delivered 
  • Damage caused during transit

If you experience any of these issues, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier to file a claim.


Double-Check Your Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Shop Red is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.


Order Changes

Because we work quickly to get your order out, we’re unable to edit, cancel, or adjust orders once they’re placed.

Orders may be canceled for store credit at our discretion.
